I ordered an anti-virus + support on 5-8-15 for $99.00. My version still states "Paid thru 11-8-15" at top.
This was to be a 'one time' payment. I had asked a few times to be sure. Each time I was adamantly assured it was a one time payment & told my payment info is never kept on file.
My first scan was fine, but each time I've attempted scan since I get a "Scan Error" No details or explanation.
Several tries at getting a human on phone & no reply to my messages.
Then one month later I.m charged another $99.00. Still NO response to my many calls & e-mails to date.
