i paid for the 3 year warranty. my computer got hacked and this time the indian-accent gentleman told me he was from apple security. I dont know if that is true or not and he said teh max PC care i purchased was no good. He then walked me through the process but he wasnt able to fix it said he would give me numbers of people to call then tried charging me. I dont know if he was connected to Max Pc Care. When I called Max Pc Care they didnt fix my computer and obviously it didnt work bc my IP address had all these established foreign address connections.
