I was called by a agent of PTC Card services stating that I would get a line of credit $9,500.00 visa card for a fee of $89.00 .that i could use it anywhere . So I thought wow I good pay off my other visa card 's and have only one good card to use so I said yes ok . I was so excited. Then when I got a e-mail telling me to activate my card on line .So I did and thenI saw I had to shop with the stores they provided .which I try but could never find anything i like to buy and if when I try to buy something it would never let me check out . So I try to cancel the card and I was told to go to cancelptc1.gmail.com. Which I'm not having any luck doing . I feel I have been decieved. I want my $89.00 back and to stop the $19.00 mthly fees from coming out of my bank account . Sincerly joanne N.
