wife and i went to taco bell tonight, approx 7 pm, for supper. as i was waiting for our food, i noticed one of the guys preparing our food had the sniffles. in the time i stood there waiting for our orders, he wiped his runny nose 7 times with his gloved hand. i asked to speak with him and he refused to talk to me. i then told the girl at the counter what i had witnessed. her reply was a simple "oh, i'm sorry". my response was "sorry or not, he needs to change his gloves, now". She told him what i said. But, i watched, as long as i was there, and he continued to wipe his nose on his gloved hand.

i feel it would be a good idea for all taco bell employees to receive periodic remedial training on proper food handling and hygene.
