Your company offered a Risk-Free Trial on
the anti aging cream and equinox day and night. I was charged 2 shipping charges of $4.95 each, on May 4th, 2015. I tried them and was not impressed. I did not order anymore of your product; however, my bank advised me May 19th that you had automatically deducted $93.00 for additional products. Which I never received. Then again on June 3rd tried to deduct $99. that I stopped. There are NO Statement that I would be billed again. I call this an outright scam, no paperwork and no products.
I am expecting a refund for no products received in the amount of $93.00.
