I needed to change my address. I went online and clicked on what I thought was United States Postal Service and put my change of address information in. I also did this for my son who has a different last name. The webiste I clicked on is very deceiving and was at the top of Google when I searched USPS change of address and says US Post Office Change-Official Post Office Form. I was charged two fees of $39.95. I then disputed it with my bank. I will have to wait 10 days to get an answer. This company changeofaddresses.com is not a ligit company. They have no contact phone number. I sent them an email to dispute and they emailed me back stating they will not refund my money. This is fraud and against the law to pose as the US Post Office!!!!
