I got a pop-up that wanted me to call their tech support about the pop-up they caused. The pop-up disabled my browser (all tabs & functions). I had to force close and restart Safari numerous time trying to catch a different tab before pop-up opened again. I have spent about 5 hours trying to find and delete anything in my computed from them to no avail. I called their phone # (866) 455-5310
where they hung up on me. They are still in my computer after a full scan.
