On 5/27/15 I got a call from us financial resources at 8:10 Est telling me that I was approved for a grant, all I had to do was give my debit card number and they would only charge me $3.87 to get a user name and password and they would gave me a confirmation number and said someone would call back to confirm. I told him that I didn't have the money in my account right now. The person was like you don't have the 3.87 and I said that I didn't so he is supposed to call me back for the 3.87 which they are not getting!! Pos! wireless caller number that comes up is 702-232-2356
