During sales pitch we were promised that Vacation Inspirations would take our timeshare off of our hands if we joined their travel service. They contracted with Timeshare Wholesaler of Pigeon Forge LLC. This company is totally incompetent. They are only open several days each week, they do not return phone calls, do not respond to emails and it is apparent they do not know what they are doing. They advised us that they had a buyer only to find out that this so called buyer was in fact wanting to sell their time share. We have emailed Vacation Inspirations re: this complaint and have received no response. Monetary damages include initial joining fees, 2 years membership fees,2 years of timeshare fees, 2 years RCI fees.
