I used this ExpressHelpLine to help me with a somewhat simple question. I used the Amazon gift card as the method of payment and was told my file would be available in 10 minutes.
Since then this is all I have gotten. When I responded to the email no one replied. I have tried several times and no solution. I was also told to use this email address ([email protected]):
