Not sure, received notice of my winnings on 5/20/2015. He is asking for a total of $55.00 US Monies. I have heard of this person in question once before and asking for the same amount and my winnings of $24,000.00. Is this a scam or is this for real. I had done a search on Netherlands and nothing came up. How do I report this to stop sending this notice.
