This company is operAting a scam. They take money from your bank account with no warning. The bank then shuts down your account as they are aware of hydravella.com and biogeniste. When you contact them they are rude and offhand as they hAve had your money but don't send any more product after first month. They chArge for a 3 month supply. You never get it sent. They blame the post office. When you ring they keep you on the phone for lo g time to spell your name letter by letter and addresses. Then mAke you do it agAin. They only cancel when you ring.it is a clear rip off. I lost 100 pounds for 2 jars of cream.
