When looking for internet security, I found a product called Bitdefender, supposedly the #1 security available. It was available at Hermanstreet.com I clicked on the Google result, and ordered the product. It was $29.99 for one machine for one year. I paid with my debit card, and received a download link. I clicked on the link to download the product, and about 2/3 of the way through, the download stopped, and said that the downloaded files were corrupt, and to re-download. I tried this several times, and a message came up saying that the order was cancelled. I re-ordered the product (stupid), and went through the entire thing once again, with the exact same results. I could not get the product, period. I had now paid them twice for their product, and could not download it, as it kept saying that THEIR files that I was trying to download were corrupt. I contacted them several times now, and with no results. I informed them that I was going to file a complaint, and pursue legal action against them. I have filed a complaint against them with the FTC.
