I recieved a call from a local number telling me to call RCS or I was going to have felony charges filed against me. I called and was told I was being arrested for check fraud. I told them I want to dispute and they told me I would still be arrested, and the only way to avoid it is to pay $200. Legally I have a right to dispute. I told the woman I would settle this with the company that sent it to them and she said all communications must go through her. She said she was a debt collector but that is it. She never told me the "mini Miranda" or any of the required things to say. Luckily I never gave them anything. These people need to be stopped.
