International boundaries
Partner quite innocently applied, for a single US Esta waiver, which costs 14USD...after later checking bank account, discovered that she paid 140USD...!!! Tantamount to fraudulent activity..website deliberately misleading public, not clarifying service charges...?? How are they arrived at, in comparison to US Government cost..!!
I am also logging this with Office of Fair Trading and Corporate Governance with UK and US legal authorities. Unfair consumer practices.
Advice..do not use this Service...site should be closed down soonest.
