Dear Sir / Madam,
Ref: Refund request for Order Nos. 575755 and 575761.

I ordered samples for your products on the 9th March and paid GBP 1.95+GBP 1.00 for the TWO products and postages respectively. To my surprise, the following payments were taken from my bank account without any prior notice.
24th March 2015 – GETLUMAGENEX.COM 4408009496912 GBP 87.95
24th March 2015 – TRYSGERENEW.COM 448081116028 GBP 89.71
24th March 2015 - GETLUMAGENEX.COM 4408009496912 GBP 87.95*
*- This payment is taken in spite of my request for cancellation of my account was made by phone on 24th April 2014 at 8.40AM.

Subsequently I received a product on 25-04-2015 and I promptly returned it through the same courier. The reference number for Return is: HERMES collection Service 008220632728.
Later on 27-04-2015, I received an e-mail from you on for an order number of 656265 with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: 6562651122156581. I haven’t placed this order and there is no prior information to me about taking the money from my account for this order.
I am totally unhappy with your unethical business practices and don’t want to continue my account with GETLUMAGENEX.COM and TRYSGERENEW.COM.
I request you cancel my account with immediate effect and to refund fully all the amounts shown above at the earliest without any further delay.
Your early action in this regard and your full refund of all the payment taken so far will be highly appreciated.
