Their web site appears to an be an official Gov't Site ...Top of web in large print US PASSPORT NOW...in smaller print expediting co....they refused to refund a $50 fee ...I called immediately when I discovered they were not the govt web site. They immediately get your credit card # and on the first info form there is a box mark agree. Too late they say ....you have be assigned a case#....approx 128 complaint against this co.....
