I returned two packages to the address provided by the rep. I tracked the status and it shows the packages received on March 9th, 2015. I waited until April to check a proper credit/refund to my account and nothing happen. I called on 4/7/15 and was confirmed that the packages received with the tracking numbers provided. I was told a credit/refund should be in the account 24/48 hours. On Saturday, April 11th, no refund. Another call and spoke to another sales rep and I was told that because the packages returned without RA numbers, they can't refund to my account and that notes on my account stating that I was told of all this. I asked if the conversation recorded because I was never inform of any of this information from day one. The rep told me that due to the fact no RA, they can refund 40 percent. I asked for a supervisor call back. April 13th, I call to check when I can expect a call back and was told normally 24 to 48 hours and I asked if it is possible to get a call by Wednesday and was told he can place a request. On Friday, April 17th no call back and no refund and was told by the rep the supervisor called and was not able to get ahold of me. Verified my phone numbers as the same and I asked about the refund and was told that they can't refund until the supervisor speak to me. The frustration and the run around is unbelievable and the miscommunication and mislead keep add on every time you call, different information from different reps.
