this company is one of the scam brands operated from india, they are scamming to people and saying that there are hackers on the computer and there is a file by the name csrss.exe running on the backdoor which is a spyware and looking for $150 from me but I was aware of computer problems and how to fix it. The process with the name csrss.exe is a windows file which should never be terminated otherwise the computer may go down anytime,,then they showed me the event logs...which was a kind of joke to me....Sooner he asked me for the money and I gave them $150 but I was using Amex so in one call the money came back to me because I desputed the charge because as they promised me for antivirus they did not provided any, they told me that your computer is supported by inbuilt antihacking software which is inside and I cannot see to it and it is a licsenceware. I am not phoolish enough so on the next day I disputed the charge and money came back to me in 3 days.
