Ordered a "Free" trial of two items through notro4muscle.com. Pay only the $4.95/order for the shipping/handling per the website. Come to find out if I do not cancel within 14 days I would be charged $89.87 for one of the items. Again within another approximately 45 days I would receive recurring product I didn't even ask for automatically and I'm sure be charged heftily for it. I called to have the charge reversed and they refused saying they would only cancel my account; what account, I never signed up for anything but a "Free trial". I asked to speak with the manager was placed on hold very abruptly. The caller came back after a couple minutes and told me there was miraculously another caller ahead of me now. I spoke to the supposed supervisor "Lydia" who would not provide her full name as required by the public information act. I again asked for the charge to be reversed and she told me I clicked on something to authorize the charge which was absolutely false, there is nothing to click on to acknowledge the charges when you order the "free trial". I stated my case, threatened to have my bank place a stop payment and claim it was fraudulent. "Lydia" the supposed supervisor hung up on me twice!!! I am literally at a loss for words. VERY unprofessional and down right rude to their customers! I have never been hung up on attempting to have a charge reversed. Nitro4muscle is not BBB certified & a scam!
