A trial gift is offered on the web for a small fee. Then they charge your credit card for $149.95 and monthly fees thereafter. Customer service is very hard to get ahold of, but when you do they inform you that you signed up for an ongoing service that needed to be canceled within 14 days. the headquarters of the company is suspect, possibly in Istanbul Turkey and they have numerous company names including Stemalogica, Cellagenta and Gentaderma.
