I advertised a diamond ring for sale. After hagling I came down from $8,500 to $6,500 and sent the ring COD through UPS.
Jenkins Fine Jewelry paid UPS with a falcified Cashiers Check.
I expected UPS would get cash. I had advertised cash only. I called the UPS store in in Brentwood and I was told that a person picked up the package from them and gave UPS the check.
