I went on sick leave from my employer, and I informed these folks and I was told that I needed to fax a statement from my doctor as when did I go on sick leave, why and when will I be returning back to work. Well, my doctors office did fax over the statement and I had to call to make sure they received it in which they did. The agent on the day it was receive (03/19/2015) stated I will be put into economic hardship and the payment for 03/30/15 has been cancelled. Well, 03/30/15 my account was overdrawn. I called this place and they claimed that even though the last agent stated it was received in the notes on my account, I will have to get the stated refaxed AGAIN! I told him that I thought they cancelled the payment for 03/30/15 and he stated it was cancelled. I asked, well how come its showing on my account you went in without my authorization, and he just stood on the phone not saying anything. He kept repeating that unfortunately I will have to get my doctors office to refax the document again. This time I was upset and I told him that I will again have my doctors office refax. My doctors office called me an let me know that it was refaxed and I called them to make sure. This agent asked me security questions making sure it was me and ask me how can he help me, and I told him about the situation, and all of a sudden he got quiet as he was reading something, and then he stated that he couldn't pull up my account, and I was puzzled, because he did have my account pulled up, and so I stated to him well it looks like i have free merchandise since you cannot pull up my account, and all of a sudden my account appeared. The agent stated he had my doctors statement and it will be put into economic hardship, also, i had them remove my debit card information until resolved. These agents are crooks and whomever is the CEO of this company needs to have an evaluation of all these complaints and solve them and make sure that his brand is not tarnished! After this I will patient and buy my merchandise out right. The only reason why I went to them was because we moved and did not have a stove or a fridge. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
