Loyal9 contracted to place my organization on the front page of Google, Yahoo, Bing. My first contact with them was in 09/14/2014 and I paid 259.00. Nothing happened and I contacted them again in Dec. 2014 and they said I needed to go to another level. Their fast-talking salesman asked for 599.00 additional which I sent. Still no results. They then billed me unauthorized monthly for 3 months for 169.00 for 3 m
