We ordered from this company last year and have yet to receive the item - My daughter contacted them last year in December and January and they claimed there was a lot of Christmas orders and it must have been mixed up - we have attempted to contact them many times since via email and facebook and twitter they have failed to reply. They do not have a phone number which is very odd...
We are totally disgusted and now want our money back and are having to go via Visa for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
