I CHOSE NEXIS CARD TO PAY FOR MY BILLS ONLINE I RELOADED WITH 25.OO I PAY ONE BILL FOR 9.99 THEN THE OTHER ONE WAS FOR 8.99 SO THE FIRST ONE WENT THRU BUT THE SECOND ONE DIDNT I CALLED THEM AND I TRY TO TALK WITH SOMEONE AND NOTHING THAT WAS ON 03/09/2014 ROUGHLY I GO ONLINE AND SAW MY STATEMENT AND ALL I SEEN WAS 0.50 LIKE 10 TIMES MIND YOU I NEVER SPOKE WITH NOONE SO I GO BACK AND GO ANOTHER NEXIS CARD I RELOADED WITH 17.00 FOR THE 8.99 BILL I HAD TO PAY AND THE SAME THING HAPPEN I CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICES THEY SAID NETFLIX TOOK THE MONEY I CALLED NETFLIX AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT NOW IS 2 CRDS 17.00 PLUS THE REMAINDER OF THE 25.00 DOLLARS FROM THE 11.00 I PAY FOR THE FIRST BILL AND I STILL HAVENT GET NOTHING DONE THIS CRAZY YOU LIKE TO STILL FROM PEOPLE AND THATS NOT RIGHT
