I woke up to pay my gas bill but this company had taken money from my account, so they are disconnecting my gas that heats my home and my only way to cook. I had my money on my card to pay my bill, now I have to go hungry and be cold until my new card arrives, I would say the damage they have caused is a lot more than the 29.95 they took from me
