Dear Sir,
We bought 20.500 USB Pen drives, Grade A, with 4GB of storage from the company SHENZEN ZHONGWEI TECHNOLOGY in the begining of February. The website of the company is http://www.usb-promotions.com/. They sent us a sample and it was perfectly according our requirements. When the total amount arrive in Brazil, after to nationalize the goods, we checked that any pen drive of the amount of 20.500 wasnt working. We discovered that they sent the product without the memory board. So, it doesnt work for nothing, only garbage! The big problem is because these products are to a bidding in Brazil to attend the Ministry of Social Development. The final client, the Brazilian Government, inspected all the goods and reproved all. They wanted the immediate change of the products and will apply big fines because the date expired.
I tryed to contact the exporter but they didnt want to solve the problem for us. We just want to change the products and get the ones that really works, because it has 3 years of warranty. We are desperate and we dont know how to do. They dont answer my emails and phone calls.
Please I need your help how to proceed with this and solve the problem. We only want this!
