Pretty much the same complaint as Susan had, but mine gets better. Garcinia WOW and Garcinia Elite Natural Cleanse was the ad I saw for free trial, only pay shipping and handling.
I called to cancel...past the 14 days.They had already charged me,a day after I called to cancel.I insisted on a refund. They refunded $43, because I called late to cancel they charged me $43.
On 3/12 another bottle of Garcinia Natural Cleanse, yes...charged again, $87. I called again the representative told me that the Natural Cleanse was a different company and gave me their number.
I put the call into the other company, ended up requesting to speak to a supervisor because the girl I was talking to was STUPID. Supervisor's name was Emanuel @ ext 3045. Emanuel went on to tell me "no problem you will get your refund if returned within 30 days". I explained that there was only 1 phone listed on the website I saw the ad on to cancel.The ad made no mention of having to call 2 different places. There was only 1 number. I wrote it down to the letter,just for this reason. Emanuel said " The phone number is on the bottle right below the manufactures name". I had both bottles in front of me there was no phone number, or manufacturer...for that matter.He put me on hold to go get a bottle of the product, came back and told me he was looking at the number on the bottle.Then I got angry.
I am sending the product back tomorrow. I wrote a letter along with my return. On the letter I pealed the label off the 1st bottle (with no phone number on it)and stuck it on the letter, stapled the bottle in side the letter.
that's my complaint.... Debbie
