I ordered a custom made mother-of-the-bride gown for my mother to wear to my wedding. The dress and jacket that arrived was not made to the correct measurements that were provided and is completely unwearable. As requested, I provided photos of my mother wearing the gown and held the measuring tape up in the photos to show that the correct measurements were provided. The company's response was to first tell me that the gown was made to the correct measurements, despite the the photos that show the garment is so tight it is almost ripping apart at the seams. Then, they immediately told me to pay a seamstress to fix their mistake (which would be impossible for a seamstress to make it bigger). They have refused a refund or to remake the gown in the correct size.
