I am receiving collection calls for non-payment of account. Each month of non-payment $12 is added to the amount owed. Clearview will not return my calls. The company will not send proof that I REQUESTED THIS SERVICE. I have never spoken with any one from this company authorizing permission to utilize my information or establish an account.
