Charged $59.40 (twice) and recieved product that I did NOT order through their automated service beyond the Trail product.
Again these were orders that I had NOT ordered, nor DID NOT order, therefore the unexpected deductions were unwarranted and unsolicited.
I need to have my credit card adjusted immediately.
I called for their free trial one week supply.
This was automated. I NEVER authorized them to charge any additional fees to my card.
I specifically declined their service.
Cyvita charged my card $59.40 which I never authorized.
Their product arrived claiming "thank you for participating in the Cyvita auto ship program". I DID NOT agree to that.
