I sent for a "free" sample. The cost was 4.95. When the product arrived, Wrinkless Cream/Foresight Media there were 2 jars. This invoice was dated 01/26/15. About 6 days later 99.80 was taken out of my bank account. I did not order this second jar and I sure didn't want to be charged for it. I spoke with a Kim at 1-800-564-1623. She canceled my account and gave me a RA number to be used to send back the product. Then I would be refunded my money minus a 10.00 restocking fee.This particular incident was the end of January. On 02/24/15 I spoke with a John. He assured me my money would be in my account some time in the next 6 weeks. On 03/05/15 spoke with a Nick. He told me my money would not be back in my account until 03/26/15. The creme was received on 02/20/15 at 3:47 PM at 87 Taft Ave. Newburgh, NY 12550.
