November 19, 2014 I saw on-line the free trial - just paying the postage to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. I received the products - eye and face products and days later I was charged on my visa for the full price for both products. I called the eye product number and was able to cancel and did not receive another product or charge. However, the face product kept coming in December 19th and January 19th. I returned to sender the December product and have never received a refund. The product is useless and I had to cancel my Visa card and get a new one to avoid further charges from this pathetic company. They are outright thieves.
