I could not access the account customer service was rude and hung up several times. I put in tickets and still no refund. I just spent more time today as the tickets for refunds still show in process. Now they say I was supposed to call to follow up on the refund and again rude saying I was breaking up on the phone and each time telling me they were giving me back less monies I reminded them to read their refund policy of 15% charge and if it was more I would get a lawyer. Supposed to get full refund but would not deal with or recommend
