Received a call from PCH prizes - that I'd won a 2nd prize of $650,000. Will I be home Saturday the 5th between 10am and 2pm for the delivery via Fed Ex? I laughed, and said, I don't believe it, but sure I'll be home.
He then gave me a check serial # = drawn on Lloyds TSB bank, serial # 0005163725. . A security code of PCH712, and his phone # (Personal Info Removed), and his 'name' is Anthony Scott, and a toll free # of PCH - 888-4898-4882 (which happened to be Salvation Army).
I called back today (WEdnesday) talked to him, and said I didn't get my check! He said you didn't? I said no, are you surprised? he answered no. I said what is the purpose of this scam - is it identity theft, or what? He hung up on me. Big surprise!
