I ordered optimal hosting in effort to build my own website and within having the power of affiliate marketers. Once I received the info, it was completely confusing and at technician level or total B.S. maze leading nowhere.
my initial order was $286.70 for 6 months service. I contacted them for support immediately after purchase and all they do give you a ticket and wait your turn at their convenience via email. over phone is immpossible. I accepted that i got scammed at first. But 4 mo. later they charge me $197.00 4 TIMES over a 3 week period.
This is not a scam, IT IS THEFT!!! please exploit the criminals...i deserve my hard earned money back!
