Angel Estrada, Realtor sold my home and sold me another one. While in escrow on my new home, A.Estrada asked to borrow $50,000 as an advance on his commission. He stated he was in trouble and didn't want to go to jail for stealing from another client. A.Estrada stated if I didn't give him the money, he would make sure the purchase of my new home would not go through. I didn't have a choice but to give him the money order he requested. After the closing of my home, he disappeared because he was paid another commission. He lied to me saying he would let escrow know he was not to get paid a commission. He would not answer any phone calls,emails or regular mail after he took the money. To think a man like this still has a real estate license is amazing. He told me he is very protected by KW as many of their long time agents are. When I tried to contact the broker and escrow company they gave me the run around saying he is sick.
