I ordered a sample of this product (TEST X 180) a Force Factor product, received a small sample bottle and two days later was charged $84.98 on 2/26/15 I did not order this Product and didn't even have a chance to test it, so I attempted to call, I waited about ten minutes and some young man finally answered I started to tell him what happened and he hung up on me, it's really frustrating to have to go through this process.
I'm on permanent disability and live on a small income, the money they stole was needed for other bills such as vehicle registration, ae they going reimburse me for the $35.00 dollar charge for the checks that will not clear in my bank? These companies should not be able to get away with these actions, it is truely a form of stealing. I saw the same complaints from others, and how long will it take to get my money back, there really should be a penalty for thier actions!Terrable bussiness practice, and I know there are many companies doing the same thing, once they get your charge card number your basically screwed, and many of these conpanies state in big lettering FREE no charge, then they take it to you!!
