I received a letter to play Powerball lottery number. Sent a $49.00 money order for monitoring numbers on my behalf. Another letter came for additional monitoring Feees, I sent another $49.00 money order plus paid Express Mail. Than received TWO more letter's stating that I have not responded to his last letter. I sent copies of my money orders showing of my payments, a third letter came for still NOT RESPONDING, and Dr. Jean-Pascal Hinault, Director of the International Spiritual Society has contacted him again for my payments to settle invoice issues stipulated by ISS for his services. I know now after checking his name, that UNFORTUNATELY I WAS SCAMMED. My total cost for money orders and postage was $135.00. I receive other letters from other Medium's and Seer's from the same address- PO Box 16002, New Burnswick NJ 08906. THEY ALL USE THE LINE WITH LOTTERY NUMBERS & WINNINGS SCAM.
