i took a survey and i was offered a choice of 4 products for the price of shipping.when i looked at my bank statemeent i found 3 charge on it.2 for 79.74 aand one for 59.34. one was on 12/09/14 and the other 2 were on 01/09/15. I was lividd. I called the number on my statement. I told him thaat it was a scam and thaat I was going to call consumer affairs and that i was going exhaaust every avenue.I hung up and they called me back and said they would give me ffifty perceent of the charges. he said would you like that? I aaid well of course i aam not going to turn that down. But thaat i still was going to report them. I hung up and a few minute later he caalled me back and said he wanted to clarify how i felt about the 50% . i told him I want as much of my money as I can get back. and that I sstill wasn't happy so he tells me okay well we will return 100%would that make everything better and i said yes it would. I guess I want to warn people about those surveys where they offer you about four different products for the price of shipping its a scam. also, the better business bureau is worthless because they sell their accreditation. if you want to complain go too consumer affaairs
