I sent money on Feb 10 from Canada to US. The transaction was cancelled and money was supposed to be in my bank account by Feb 13. Today is Feb 26, I still don't have my money back! In spite of making half a dozen calls to the Customer Service, nothing seems to be happening! Just to let you know $400 is a BIG Amount for me. I am not a million dollar company like you!!! #worldremitsucks
