Got a representative call a few months ago, promising me a lower rate and saving over my provider at the time. I trusted the rep (who is a cheater!). I didn't pay much attention in my bill, since it didn't change much. This month, due to cold weather and a dater damage (need bake the room to dry), my electricity usage jumps, then I found Starion is now charging me 30% higher per unit than my previous provider!
The point is the rep never mentioned that this is a variate rate plan. What a cheater and scammer, wish her go hell!
