On February, 16th, I've made the order #3813 (surfboard: Firewire TJ Everyday Crossfire Square) and the bank transfer. The money from my account (320 USD) has been sent. The beneficiary name is GILBERT KABAN (Beneficiary Number / IBAN : 0357-608-795; PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk.) The company responded that they have not received the payment but my bank confirmed the money transfer from my account. Mrs Luciana Frantalesmana (Administration Management), who contacted me by email about this order, has not been responding me since February, 20-th. I have not receive my order and have not got any information about it. On February, 23th, I also filled out the feedback form on the website but received no response. I was trying to call to the company by the phone but both numbers shown on the website were unavailable. On 24th I've send several emails with a complaint to the different departments of the company ("order", "info", "customer service") but they also did not respond. I went to the company office (Istana Kuta Galeria, Jl Patih Jelantik Istana Kuta Galeria Bl RG/7-8, Kerobokan, Kuta, Denpasar 80361 Bali) but didn't find it to this address.
