I ordered the trail product which i received in the post the product does not come with a invoice the money was taken out of my bank account of 4.95 for the trail product , how can you cancel a further product when you dont know where to return it, further to that i had a letter from our post office to say that they could not deliver a further product as there was a customs duty to pay of 31.38 to obtain the item , i have tried to get on the internet to get a refund of the money taken from my bank and to cancel the product but untill now have not had much success , any one buying this item forget it very costly not worth the total price
