I ordered trial of the dermatrol and procellis. My credit card was debited for over $100 and I had not received any goods The next day I emailed them to stop the order and still the following month and not receiving goods my credit card was still debited . I contacted my bank i was advised to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued to stop further debits being made which I did. Annoying as I had to inform other companies of my new direct debit details, very ime consuming and International transaction fees were still taken by the bank to make things worse. So two debits, total of over $300 taken from my account and no products received.
