When responding to the "Special Offer" from Garcinia Cambogia Elite, you MUST pull up the Terms and Conditions which are quite obscurely placed as a link at the bottom of the advertisement. If you don't, you won't be aware of the fact that you will be charged the amount shown above after 14 days (which coincidentally, is the final day for a refund per customer service, who referred me to the T&Cs which I hadn't noticed when I'd made my purchase... further, since I didn't know I would be charged until I saw the charge after day 14, all of this just meant I was out-of-luck) - as well as enrolling you in their program for continued deliveries/charges. My basic gripe is that I LOOKED for this type of thing in the advertisement and purchase info, and couldn't find it anywhere. Therefore, I truly thought the "special offer" was something to get people interested in the product, who would then, of their own free will, go back and purchase the product at the full price. I understand that they feel they are justified by burying the info in T&Cs that they don't reference or even make noticeable, but that is just misleading and inappropriate. Others should NOT be pulled into this scam like I was. This company needs to either direct people to their T&Cs with a notice that info regarding future economic responsibility is contained there, or they need to set forth in the advertisement itself something about the 14-day requirement and follow-on program.
