Like everyone else, I was told that I was hacked. Which, at the time, I had a virus that I could not remove. I thought they were calling about that. I ask him how he knew I had been hacked and he told me that when a computer is hacked it shows up on their screen and would help me fix it. After 30 minutes of doing this and that he told me he could fix it for $199.00. This was for a lifetime of protection. I balked, knowing that I had been scammed. I told him no,and lo and behold,he shut my computer down. He told me that I would not ever be able to use my computer again and that he was legit. I paid the $199 via CC and a Darren Smith from Microsoft fixed the computer. I would like to report this company and get my money back.
