On Dec 31 2014 I ordered what I thought was a sample for the product Procellix. My charge was to be $4.99 for shipping. On January 9 2015 I received the Procellix and a revitalizing face serum, which I had not ordered. On my January 9 statement, received about Jan 15, I had two shipping charges. I called them on Jan 19, 2015 to cancel any future shipments. I told the representative that I wanted to cancel because I knew I couldn't afford their products. My account was cancelled. When I received my February statement on the 17th, I saw the charges for the 2 products. $159.90 total. I called Dermal Meds and told them of my problem. They said I was supposed to call within 14 days, and that that had been stated on an email they sent me. My question to them was, why I hadn't been informed that these were not samples in their ad. I requested a supervisor to no avail. I called again on Feb 18, and got the same story. I think that their ad should be removed or written clearly regarding the 14 day trial. If I see the ad again on Facebook, I will definety warn others of this. It is not a sample. I have used other offers like this, and have had no problems. People assume that there is usually a 30 day trial. I guess I have learned a $160 lesson here.
