l purchased the the product for the face and the resuls were not good, sent the item back and l checked with my bank and the money was not in my account l called again and l wsa told that in a week l will get it. then called again and l was told that they try to send my money but they some trouble with the computer that i crashed, l was told to get somebody from my bank to call them and l did, and amaneger from my bank did call she was told that l have to file some kind of conflic
